Prior to launching i2i Growth, Cherith Samson served as the Vice President of Global Sales and Marketing for Succeed Technologies Private Limited in Bangalore, India. There, he grew product revenue in two years, planned and executed the company’s digital and offline marketing campaigns, and implemented various customer loyalty programs and after-sales support that resulted in more than 90 percent of year-to-year contract renewals.
Samson served in many capacities at Dell Technologies for 16 years; he started his career there as a technology trainer and eventually became the Global Learning Project Manager for Consumer Products and the Regional Training Manager for Asia-Pacific. Under his leadership, he supervised a team of 0ver 25 trainers supporting a team of 2,000 employees and 40 client accounts, designed and implemented a 3-month mentorship program, and managed the Windows 8 global training roll-out to over 80,000 Dell employees and service partners.
With a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Samson is a CompTIA Certified Technical Trainer.
